Single Session Therapy

Single Session Therapy is a dynamic form of therapy where we work together in a focused way to find solutions and ways forward to a current problem in a single, stand alone session.  We might come up with new perspectives, strategies, techniques, tips and self help resources that can help you create specific changes.

The session lasts up to an hour and 20 minutes, and I'll ask you to complete a questionnaire beforehand to help you to prepare so you can make the most of the time we have. I'll follow up with an email summary of the solutions and ways forward we've generated.
