About Kate Brady
I've worked as a therapist for over 30 years and am constantly amazed and delighted by the process of transformation that is therapy.

The foundation for any change is a compassionate space where you can feel safe to explore thoughts, feelings, dreams and hopes.

Then it's important that you're confident we're working towards your goals, and using approaches and therapeutic methods that you feel will work for you.

In my experience, everyone is different, and takes their own individual path through difficulties to resolution and healing.

To support this very individual journey, I have over the years absorbed the wisdom of many different therapeutic approaches, so I can tailor my approach to what will be most useful to you.

I'm a parent of two adult children. I've worked in Universities counselling staff and students, and managed a team of counsellors, as well as working for many years in private practice.

I have had a longtime interest in meditation, the arts and the power of imagination to guide and transform.
